At Nova, we pride ourselves on handpicking unique vintage pieces of clothing. Please be aware that all of our pieces are second-hand/vintage and have been worn before. We think this adds to the charm of them, although we will always mention any major flaws in all product descriptions, sometimes we may miss some minor faults. If you have any issues with your order contact us here.
Every piece (that can be) washed has been freshly laundered and ironed by us before shipment so they arrive smelling as fresh as a daisy and ready for you to rock them right away!
To avoid disappointment, please always check your measurements against those that are provided in product descriptions as refunds will not be accepted due to sizing issues. Find our full shipping and returns policy here.

I can't check out- it says my address is wrong or you can't ship to my country.
Sorry to hear you are having issues checking out. Don't worry- your address is not wrong! If you are outside of the UK you may have added items to your cart that exceed the weight limit that we can ship. If your order weight exceeds 2KG we are unfortunately unable to ship it. However, there is a solution for this! Try splitting your order into two then you should be able to check out! Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we do indeed! Check out our shipping and returns policy for information on shipping rates and more.
What sizes do you stock?
Everything available to shop on Nova are vintage, one-off pieces so each item is individually sized.
For full sizing information, please check the measurements in the product description. Most items are pinned to the model for the purpose of the photo, model measurements and height are included in product descriptions.
Do you accept returns?
Unfortunately we do not accept returns. Visit our full shipping and returns policy here.
How can I track my order?
All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service provided by Royal Mail. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Your Tracking Information will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched. Once you have your tracking number, you may track your parcel on Royal Mail’s website.
Do you do collaborations with influencers or have brand ambassadors?
We are not currently looking to collaborate with influencers but if we decide to have brand ambassadors we will certainly send out a request on our social media or newsletter, so stay tuned for updates.
Do you do discounts or promotions?
