Shipping & Returns Policy

Changes to EU shipping charges after Brexit:

Sadly, due to new laws put in effect after Brexit, if you are a Nova Babe ordering from the EU you may be subject to pay VAT before you receive your parcel. For most countries, VAT will amount to 20% of your order value. Please bear this in mind before making a purchase to avoid disappointment.

In addition, any orders above the value of €150 (£135) may also be subject to customs duties as well as VAT and a handling fee.

If you have any issues receiving your order due to these new charges please contact your local post office or shipping provider. Also, feel free to pop us an email and we will be happy to assist you with this process as we understand that this can all sound quite confusing.

Postage

All parcels are sent via a tracked delivery service provided by Royal Mail. We aim to process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days. Your Tracking Information will be emailed to you once your parcel has been dispatched.

£4.00 under 2kg (free on orders over £50)

£8.99 for UK Parcels over 2kg

International Postage:

International delivery prices vary based on country and parcel weight: the cost will be calculated at checkout (please see a guide below).

Unfortunately we are not currently able to ship International parcels over 2kg so if you would like to make an order with item/s that weigh over 2kg, we would recommend that you split your purchase into two orders. This option is much cheaper than shipping a parcel that weighs over 2kg. Feel free to contact us if you have any queries about this.

Changes to Shipping Address

Before you complete your purchase, please ensure that your shipping address is entirely correct. If you have made a mistake, please contact us within 12 hours after purchase so we can amend it before the order is dispatched. If your parcel is returned to us because of an incorrect address, unfortunately, you will be subject to pay the shipping costs to dispatch it again with the correct address.

Estimated Arrival

All UK parcels are estimated to arrive within 2-3 working days after dispatch.

International parcels shipped within Europe are estimated to arrive within 3-5 working days and the rest of the world within 5-7 working days.

Packaging

Each parcel will be carefully packaged in sustainable, carbon neutral mailing bags made from sugarcane. All mailing bags are fully recyclable and reusable, so we encourage you to remove sticker labels and re-use them.

Taxes and Duties

On rare occasions, customs charges and/or import duties may be levied on your parcel by the customs office of the regarding destination. Unfortunately, these charges and taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Nova Vintage.

Returns

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges as all items are sold as seen. We strongly encourage you to read all measurements and condition information on the product description before purchase.
